We really enjoyed our stay on Thanksgiving the day. We stayed in the Warhol suite and it was a beautiful room with wonderful views of the city. The staff were very friendly, and we were thankful they were working that day. Hannah at the JW front desk was very kind. The bellhop, Mirko, was very helpful with our luggage, our check in experience, and giving us some tips where to check out around the property. Brady at our checkin for Hotel Beaux provided a great check in experience for us. I wish I could remember our room service attendant’s name too; she also provided a great service experience. Thank you for helping kick off our quick vacation weekend with a great experience. We would definitely stay at Hotel Beaux Arts again!
Managed to score a free upgrade from the JW Marriott and can confirm it is lovely up there. I do love the Marriott as well but this is really nice because it feels much more cozy and personalized. The rooms are very nice and I loved being on the 39th floor down the hall from the restaurant and front desk.
The Atelier restaurant is nice enough and I managed to have a free meal and drink per the resort fee and drink tickets they gave me.
Again, the location of the hotel is ideal IMO as it is so close to everything. I basically don’t need to use a car as I can bike/walk to most things including the beach.
I have had the worst experience of my life in this hotel. To begin with, they sell you the rooms as if they were names of recognized artists, for example Picasso, Miró, etc. But when you enter the rooms you have absolutely nothing related to the artist, only a book bought on Amazon for 30 dollars. They try to sell you luxury but in reality it is a scam. The rooms look old and smell of humidity, it affects my respiratory system too much. The curtains are old and full of holes. They moved me to two rooms and one was worse than the other.I asked several times to speak to the manager Valentina Ricci but she doesn't care about her guests. She is the reflection of this bad administration. I hope this message can reach Florencia Rotemberg, the general manager. Valentina Ricci was rude to me and my wife, and inside the elevator she told us that if we didn't like the property we could leave. She offered us no apology or compensation. She speaks very little English so nothing is understood. I do not recommend this place, there are many more hotels in Miami with much more luxury and better service than this place.
The hotel has very nice surroundings, getting parking was not a problem, talking about the rooms they are very beautiful and spacious, the customer service was also very good and everything was very clean. We are @truetanmiami, a spray tanning studio in coral gables. We visited a client who requested our spray tanning service and couldn't be happier with this hotel. Highly recommended.
Very friendly staff, beautiful rooms with all modern amenities and great bay and city views.
The corner suites are very spacious with living room and nice fully outfitted bathrooms.
Lots of great restaurants close by and walking distance from evrerything brickell.
My wife and I had booked a stay at the Ritz Carlton Biscayne and were utterly underwhelmed by the experience of our stay, the quality of the rooms, the view, and the experience--so we pulled the ripcord on that stay and moved over to the Hotel Beaux Arts, and we couldn't be more glad that we did. This experience was amazing. The suite we received (in upgrade) was expansive and gorgeous, filled with the sort of amenities and 'wow features' that we were expecting at The Ritz. The staff at Beaux Arts were so kind and welcoming, and the perks package, all the little things that make the stay more enjoyable, were greatly appreciated; this is again in contrast to the Ritz where you are "nickeled-and-dimed by fifties-and-hundreds." The pool was phenomenal, the floor-to-ceiling windows were stunning. The bath products, shower, and jacuzzi were all a hit as well. Next time I find myself in Miami, this will be the first place I look to stay!
Room and location were nice, good space, beautiful and but I don't consider it deserves more than 3 starts.
First is expensive for what it really offers, didn't meet my expectations. I don't care about the price on anything if it's really good.
Second mini bar was full of drink, beers, spirits which is nice but it didn't work, everything was hot and I did notify it twice and they even called me telling they will send someone to fix it and never got fixed, that's unacceptable for this kind of hotel.
Third, the bathtubs jets didn't work, so I wasn't able to use it unless I wanted a hot water tub w/o the spa functionality.
Fourth, I had included breakfast on my reservation, but I do consider your should have a better quality stuff, and more expensive things for this kind of hotel. I'm saying because I heard someone asking about the price, they told $35 dollars for it, come on for bread, ham, and cheese, juice and coffee.
This is the reason why I'm leaving 3 stars.
Otherwise, valet parking guys and gals they were awesome, and they always have your car ready to go out. Thank you.
This is a beautiful hotel that is on 3 floors of the JW Marriot building.
We only stayed on night prior to a flight but enjoyed the Quirino stay. We were given a corner suite due to out Marriott Elite membership. Room was excellent and bed very comfortable. Only the sofa had signs of wear.
Everyone provided excellent service.
This hotel is highly recommended for a quiet but luxurious stay.
